We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. For participants with specific health concerns or recent injuries, we do request a medical clearance form, which we can provide.

Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows for easy movement is ideal. Supportive, non-slip shoes are recommended for most classes. For certain practices like gentle yoga, we suggest bringing a light layer as body temperature may fluctuate.
